Repair of KYT Type EMV Card Reader, Hantle/Genmega
PLEASE NOTE: We do not repair the TDR type EMV readers. If a cleaning card does not fix the issue, it is best to replace the TDR type EMV readers. Please contact us with any questions or to purchase cleaning cards or a new TDR EMV reader.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The customer will be responsible for proper packaging of the part. CORD will not be held responsible for parts damaged in shipping.
2. The ownership of the part will remain with the customer even while the part is in-house at CORD or its agents.
3. Components replaced on the part by CORD and/or its agents will carry a 90-day parts warranty.
4. By sending CORD a part to be repaired, customer is accepting the cost of the repair quoted when the RMA was accepted, no further communication for cost authorization will be communicated.
