Repair of B1/B2/B3/B5 Keypad/EPP for Hantle/Genmega
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The customer will be responsible for proper packaging of the part. CORD will not be held responsible for parts damaged in shipping.
2. The ownership of the part will remain with the customer even while the part is in-house at CORD or its agents.
3. Components replaced on the part by CORD and/or its agents will carry a 90-day parts warranty.
4. By sending CORD a part to be repaired, customer is accepting the cost of the repair quoted when the RMA was accepted, no further communication for cost authorization will be communicated.
Please note, due to the nature of this repair, there is a 2-4 week turnaround time, plus time in transit.
PLEASE READ - Hantle/Genmega now charges a $50 inspection fee for irreparable parts, which must be passed onto the customer. This fee applies whether or not the part is returned to the customer. If the customer wants the part back, there will be an additional shipping charge. This fee does not apply if the part is repairable.
